In this yoga style, passive postures are held for several minutes without any muscular tension.
In this process, you don’t reach your limit of flexibility, instead consciously deciding, less striving more allowing, yourself to sink passively into each position.
You have time gradually to relax more and more, to feel inwardly! The class lasts 60 minutes and is pleasantly warm (not hot).
