Inferno Hot Pilates

Have you already heard about it? Hot Inferno Pilates (HIP) or Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)?? A new and very effective type of training!

Inferno Hot Pilates is high intensity interval training (also known as HIIT – oh my word – so many abbreviations!!). It creates lean muscle mass, burns fat (speeds up the metabolism and provides up to 48 hours of afterburn effect!), as well as improving general fitness. It strengthens the entire torso, improves circulation and flexibility – noticeable from the first session!

HIP (IHP or HIIT) is practised in a heated room (at around 35 degrees) on a yoga mat, which reduces strain on joints and muscles to a minimum. The class is accompanied by high-energy music, which gives training together an additional motivational kick and increases the fun factor (a bit like going out dancing)!
