Hot 90 – Bikram-inspired Yoga in 90 minutes

The famous Bikram Yoga is hot and is practiced at 38 degrees.

We do 26 Hatha Yoga exercises (asanas) including 2 breathing exercises (pranayama).

Each position prepares you for the next in the sequence, which provides a complete body workout, from inside out, top to bottom, in every cell. The class lasts 90 minutes and is suitable for all yogis, especially for beginners.

Through the heat, the muscles are softened and the whole body becomes more flexible. In addition, the immune system is activated, the circulation kicks in and detoxification processes are accelerated.

This class has a particularly high therapeutic value.
